Mukesh Singhal Group Deputy Managing Director, URS Holding Ltd., is a distinguished leader in certification, finance, and management systems, with over 30 years of industry experience. As the Founder and Managing Director of URS Certification Limited and URS Product and Testing Pvt Ltd, he has been instrumental in delivering globally recognized certification and testing solutions across multiple sectors. A Fellow Chartered Accountant with advanced academic credentials, including an M.Phil. (2006) and a Ph.D. in Management focused on healthcare quality improvement, he brings strong strategic and research-driven expertise.

He is also a published author of books such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirement and ISO 9001 QMS Pictorial Book, and a renowned keynote speaker on Total Quality Management (TQM), food safety, and environmental sustainability. His commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable practices continues to inspire organizations worldwide.

With two decades of experience to his credit, Ashish Mukherjee is a mechanical engineer who specializes in the fields of quality assurance and production. Mr. Mukherjee has completed his MBA, PGDBA in cost and budgetary control and financial management. He also holds a Diploma in Mass Communication.

He has previously worked in organizations such as MarutiUdyog Ltd, Eicher Good Earth, Haryana Telecom Ltd, NIIT and others before taking the reins at URS as Director – Technical. His strong sense of dedication, technical knowledge and wisdom have transformed the organization into a Global Certification Registrar and a dominant market leader.

Ankur Sangal, an Engineer from Computer Science, has worked in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector for 18 Years, Dynamic and competent professional of cross-functional exposure in Process monitoring & Improvement, Value Based Process Auditing, Learning & Development and Service Excellence currently handling the profile of Director in URS Certification Ltd. Ankur Sangal, has been associated with several industrial and professional institutions - Indian Industries Association and Advisory Board member of Indian Hotel Academy. The primary objective of these associations is the development & growth of industrial sector and future professionals.
He is also Lead Trainer to deliver IRCA – CQI (International Register for Certificated Auditors- Chartered Quality Institution) approved course globally.
Ankur Sangal has audited client’s business process in multiples domains of Quality Environment, Information Security & Business Continuity Management globally and visited countries such as India, London, Italy, Switzerland, Dubai, Kuwait, Oman, Indonesia, China, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Nepal.
